CRC is a place for learning and discovery

At Crowley’s Ridge College, we believe in giving every student a best-in-class learning experience that offers job-ready skills and a deep spiritual foundation so that all our students graduate with a mindset of lifelong scholarship, service, and an ever-growing spiritual life. Academically, we accomplish this with four academic divisions: Arts and Sciences, Business, Biblical Studies, and Teacher Education. Learn more about each of our divisions and the faculty and research being conducted at CRC.

Interdisciplinary Learning for the Future

CRC President Johnson stated that the college must continue to be committed to an “emphasis on the integration of scholarship, critical reasoning, and the spiritual dimension of life.” The Arts and Sciences program is where that begins.

Learn more about our program on our division’s page.

CRC’s program in Arts and Sciences is the foundation of each student’s academic journey and a complete program of study if a student chooses to major in Arts and Sciences. The curriculum connects students to some of the biggest ideas and most fundamental concepts that have enduring societal and spiritual questions.

Students take courses in the following categories: Biblical Studies, Humanities, & Fine Arts, Natural Science and Mathematics, Social Science & Human Behavior, and Health, Physical Education, and Wellness. Students can also take thematic courses to center their coursework with two concentrations.

The Arts and Sciences Division will provide most of the academic coursework support to students enrolled in the Concurrent Studies program, including high school students earning their Associate of Arts in Arts and Sciences degree.
