Crowley’s Ridge College invites applications for the position of Registrar. The Registrar serves as the chief academic records officer of the College and is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of student academic records while supporting the academic mission of the institution. The Registrar reports directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Registrar include, but are not limited to:
● Maintaining permanent academic records
● Facilitating student registration and course scheduling
● Conducting degree audits and overseeing degree conferral
● Coordinating official and unofficial transcript requests
● Evaluating and processing transfer credits
● Coordinate data collection and reporting for the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
● Coordinating commencement and the annual awards banquet
● Ensuring compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
● Serving on institutional committees as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
● Experience in registrar functions, academic administration, or demonstrated working knowledge of higher education operations
● Working knowledge of FERPA and higher education regulations
● Active membership in a Church of Christ congregation
Preferred Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Higher Education, Administration, or a related field
● Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS)
● Demonstrated supervisory experience
Required Skills and Competencies:
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
● Excellent organizational and project management skills
● Ability to interpret and clearly communicate academic policies
● Technical and computer proficiency with databases and reporting tools
● High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information

Crowley’s Ridge College invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in the Sciences beginning in August 2026. The applicant should have the ability to teach courses across the sciences, though preference will be given to those with the ability to teach Chemistry or Physics. This is largely a teaching position, though there will be expectations that the successful applicant will participate in college committees and work to maintain campus laboratory space.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in a science-related field
-18 masters level hours in the teaching field are required (i.e. Chemistry, Physics, etc).
-Member of the churches of Christ
Preferred Qualifications:
-Higher education teaching experience
