There's Always a Record of Success

The Registrar’s Office is here to enable faculty teaching and student learning by maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of college and student academic record-keeping in concert with the academic and administrative divisions across campus. We also assist our student veteran community in G.I. Bill® Certification and all students in the verification of academic requirements for employment and insurance purposes.

GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government website at

Student Records and Privacy

Crowley’s Ridge College promotes and encourages interactive problem solving and open communication between students and their families. However, the College is required to share student information in accordance with federal and state regulations. The primary regulation impacting student information is the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). A full description of your rights under FERPA is available in the Student Handbook. If a student wishes to allow his or her parents access to FERPA-regulated student information, a student must complete the “FERPA Consent to Release” form and return it to the College’s FERPA compliance officer. Student information, also known as an education record, includes, but is not limited to, grade information, disciplinary documentation, and billing and financial aid data.

Academic Catalog

The CRC Academic Catalog describes what’s required and expected for the four academic divisions and articulates the college’s policies regarding financial aid, admissions, academic progress, and more. The details described in the catalog could change each year, pending guidance from the CRC administration. However, the current iteration of the catalog is the most up-to-date and can be relied on to give just-in-time guidance for the CRC student body. If there are questions regarding the content of the academic catalog, please contact the registrar.

A Note From the Registrar

The Registrar’s Office is dedicated to maintaining the permanent academic records of students and providing the best possible services to enable the faculty and administration at Crowley’s Ridge College in developing cogent academic policies and publishing relevant enrollment and course information.

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for facilitating course scheduling for all academic divisions, facilitating the registration process for all terms and maintaining accurate academic records while ensuring that they are protected and appropriately released. The Registrar’s Office oversees the College’s annual Awards Day and Commencement exercises; these events are very important because we at CRC love the opportunity to provide recognition to our students for their accomplishments!

Many student academic services are available online via the Student Information Services (SIS), however, we welcome students to contact our office or to drop by during our office hours for specific questions or concerns. We also encourage students to meet with their academic advisor as they will serve as a valuable resource for you during your time at CRC.

We look forward to creating an inclusive and meaningful experience and serving you during and following your time at Crowley’s Ridge College.
