Year-Round
Before Registration
- Download the Declare a Minor form if you are interested in pursuing a minor.
- Review the Course Catalog and determine the courses you plan to take.
- Schedule a degree audit with your advisor to assess degree progress and course requirements/availability for each semester.
- Review and settle all account holds.
- Download the Change of Personal Information form and submit any changes to the Registrar’s Office.
During Registration
- Submit the Declare a Minor form to your advisor if you intend to pursue a minor.
- Use the Course Catalog for referencing the courses you have decided to take.
- Submit the Change of Major Form if you intend to change you major.
- Submit the Overload Request Form to your advisor if you plan to enroll in more than 18 hours for the forthcoming semester.
Year-Round
- Students: If you plan to drop a course(s), submit this Drop form to the Registrar’s Office.
- Faculty: If you plan to drop a student from your course, submit this Drop form to the Registrar’s Office and specify the grade you wish to issue (W, WF).
- Faculty: If you identify a student needing academic or other assistance, submit this Conveying a Concern form to the Registrar’s Office.
