Youth Emphasis Night scheduled for April 3

Crowley’s Ridge College’s Youth Emphasis Night will take place on Sunday, April 3, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Carter Activities Center located on the campus of CRC.

Youth Emphasis Night has become a crucial element to the annual Bible Lectureship at CRC. Youth can expect a night of interaction with peers, fun, food, and worship. The CRC Admissions Team will also be giving aware one $500 tuition scholarship to a future full-time CRC student.

Devin Swindle will lead a lesson for the night. Swindle is a teacher at Harding University and also serves as the Director of the Center of Preaching, the Director of the Kerusso Experience, and Co-Director of the annual Bible lectures at Harding. Swindle is also a CRC alumnus and faithful minister of the Word of God at Highway Church of Christ in Judsonia, AR.

In his lesson, Swindle sets out to exhort youth to not find their identity in culture or media or even within themselves, but rather to take their identity as what God says you are.

Registration for Youth Emphasis Night is open now. To register, click here, or scan the QR code below.

In 1978, Rusty was also featured as part of “Who’s Who in American Junior Colleges.”

The celebration of life for Rusty will be Thursday, January 27, at 2:00 at the Edmond Church of Christ in Edmond, Oklahoma.

CRC Continues AMMC Partnership with Project Hope

CRC Continues AMMC Partnership with Project Hope

CRC's Project Hope raised $1,000 to help local women afford mammograms through The Foundation at AMMC.

Crowley’s Ridge College continued its partnership with The Foundation through Arkansas Methodist Medical Center and raised $1,000 through the annual Project Hope fundraiser.

The Foundation at AMMC provides free mammograms for local women who do not have insurance or the ability to pay for the life-saving service.

Since 2011, CRC’s Project Hope has raised over $8,000 from the cause.

CRC’s Director of Human Resources, Erica Richardson, said, “Our CRC baseball and softball teams have continued to help make this fundraiser a success. Along with our AD, Paul McFadden, we have been honored to be a part of such an important local foundation. It is a great service that AMMC provides for women in the community and we are blessed to contribute to that work each year.”
