Interoffice Drop Form: Student Initiated

This form is REQUIRED in order for a student to drop a course. Once this document is received, the Registrar will drop the student from the course. The original copy of this form will remain in the Registrar’s office and an email notification of the dropped course will be generated to the appropriate personnel. A $10 fee is required (per course) to drop a class. Please note that until a “withdrawn from class” email is generated from the Registrar’s Office, the student is still considered “enrolled” in the course. Instructors will continue monitoring attendance until the appropriate email has been generated.

*Requests to drop a course will not be processed until the appropriate processing fee(s) have been paid
