Natalie Harrell joined the CRC administrative staff as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations in January of 2023.  She holds a dual-major Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of Mass Communication from Harding University.  While at Harding, she was given multiple hands-on opportunities to study the world of communication from some of the best in the radio/TV/PR industries in the New York City, Washington DC, St. Louis, Atlanta, and Las Vegas markets.  

Natalie worked in the television industry briefly as an assistant producer, camera operator and sports photographer before returning to her alma mater, Paragould High School, to teach television broadcasting and communications while pursuing her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.  She also has radio broadcasting experience in copy writing, announcing, and advertising sales and currently serves as a board member for the Christian Higher Education Foundation.

Natalie met her husband, Logan, while at Harding and together they have two beautiful children, Heidi (7) and Bennett (2), whom she is the most proud of!  She enjoys playing and watching sports, especially St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
