Carissa Winn
Associate Professor of Psychology

Carissa (Foshee) Winn, LPC of Paragould received her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Freed-Hardeman University in 2011 where she played collegiate volleyball for four seasons. She served as CRC’s Head Volleyball Coach from 2019-2024.

Winn went on to earn her Specialist in Education in Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University in 2014.  She previously worked for Mid-South Health Systems as a School Based Therapist and Mental Health Professional with the Greene County Tech school district.  She played a crucial role in the development of CRC’s newest degree program, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and advises all of the psychology majors on campus.

Carissa is married to Jonathan Winn and together they have two sons, Barrett and Brooks.
