- Supervisor lives in complex
- Residents must be at least a sophomore and be in good academic standing and character standing
- Shared laundry unit
- Each unit includes at least one bedroom, one full bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette.
King Honors Housing
- On campus apartment-style living for female students
- Supervisor lives in complex
- Residents must be at least a sophomore and be in good academic standing and character standing

- Off-campus apartment-style living offered to upperclassmen men and women in separate units
