Erica Richardson is the Dean of Students at CRC.  God has blessed her with a wonderful husband, Chris, as the best teammate in this life.  Chris is the Head Women’s Basketball Coach for the Lady Pioneers and together they have the sweetest and most popular Golden Retriever, Griffey, who can be spotted at many CRC events.  The Richardsons love spending time with their family and friends, traveling to new places, attending any and all sporting events, and worshipping and discipling with their church family at the Center Hill Church of Christ in Paragould.

Before taking on the role of Dean, Erica worked in various other departments around campus, including Human Resources, Sports Information, Student Life, and Athletics.  She is a proud CRC alum, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management.  She also holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and Resolution from Abilene Christian University, where she became certified in Mediation and Advanced Family Mediation Training.  She teaches the Negotiations courses for CRC’s Division of Business and Technology.
